Treatment Style and Approach
First and foremost, I believe the relationship and establishing comfort and trust is essential to successful treatment. During our first few initial sessions we will focus on getting to know one other and work together to establish your goals for therapy. Treatment looks different for every person I see, which is why I utilize an eclectic approach to psychotherapy that includes psychodynamic, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral interventions. I typically see clients 1-2 times per week for 45 minute sessions. I work closely with a wide network of psychiatrists, nutritionists, and other health care professionals should we agree that be a part of your treatment plan.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults around a wide range of issues, with advanced training in the treatment of:
emerging adulthood
eating disorders
maternal mental health (PPD, PPA)
trauma & PTSD
mood disorders (depression, anxiety & bipolar disorder)
work & academic stress
relationship issues
life transitions and adjustment disorder
I have recently added Ketamine Assisted Therapy and Psychedelic Integration Therapy in to my practice. All information can be found here on my companion website “The Settled Soul”

Fees
Individual Sessions: 45min $250 / 60min $275
Payment is due at the end of each session. I accept cash, card, check or venmo.
*I believe in sliding scale rates and accessibility and dedicate a percentage of my practice to lowered fee services. Please contact me for more information.
Insurance
I do not take insurance directly. I choose to be an out-of-network provider so insurance companies do not make the decisions on how and how long my clients should undergo treatment. Your insurance plan likely provides out-of-network coverage and may provide reimbursement for out-of-pocket therapy costs. I will happily provide monthly superbills to submit to your insurance.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, I require 24 hours notice or you will be charged for the missed session if we are unable to reschedule within the same week.
